Pushing beyond that 2 hour barrier is a good mental win. Important to be fuelling and staying hydrated on these runs.

We can actually hit your weekly pts target which just the two runs this week which is handy. And this long run builds up nicely with Race the Train still a possibility. All about time on feet, no need to push the pace.
