Problem with my bad knee again, started to feel painful on Saturday afternoon. This sometimes happens where im worried I’ve reinjured it, but I think it may be just an arthritis flare up. Just did a 5km, quite sad not to the actual session as it looked good – perhaps can fit this one in again another time – but didn’t have the mental confidence and was worried about further injury.

Really sorry to hear that Andy but with the Great North next week and the marathon being the main goal you did the right thing. I just hope the knee behaves itself over the next few weeks.
