🤬 Way off pace today

So, cut this short because I got scared! Will see if I can fit in a little run tomorrow. I really wanted to do this though, please can it be in my plan soon. Let’s order less wind…….

I was questioning why you got scared you initially and was worried cos I know you go out so early. But saw on Strava it was the thunder. Just put this session in the recycling bin and move on. Still 10 miles banked, so all is not lost. We can make up for it by added some extra miles over the next few weeks.
