A big training session and it’s likely your pace will drop for the middle 8 min rep, which is fine. Best done on the track or a flat uninterrupted environment.

This is the PM session but track would also be an option if you’re off although unlikely I will be there Tuesday morning as resting up from The Amble.

🙄 Just a fraction slow

Didn’t quite hit my target pace but am using this as a building my stamina back up session after time off! Despite that I loved it, great to be back, see the gang and get my legs moving.
