This time I did it right. To keep the pace was hard at first but as I go the second one it felt okay and started enjoying it. But it wasn’t easy though. I really like this kind of session ☺️ especially I did x6 😃 Thank you Simon for giving me those great sessions!

Really well done Manami. That’s a good lesson actually that sometimes our target pace at first can feel very tough but once we settled down and find a rhythm it can be achievable. I’ve been a little hard on your this week with 3 sessions, but partly because we missed some Tuesday. Normally there will be more easy runs in there I promise. But you’re doing great.
