Probably my quickest on an easy run for a while! Felt strong but just still struggling with my breathing. Was really noticeable after I stopped actually as was finding it hard to catch my breath. Hoping I’m nearing the end of this blooming cold.

This is a positive though. Glad you felt strong here. I wonder if that was partly because you’ve taken it a bit easier in the gym that your fresher for the run? 🤔 Where as in the past you’ve hit the gym hard and then perhaps been fatigued for the run. That might not be the case but just what was in my mind. Hopefully the cold clears for the weekend.
