60 Min Easy Run

LOAD: 150

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Either the Wednesday gang or perhaps a run closer to home with Debbie πŸ€”

Struggled at start as had no time to warm up. Once warmed up felt more relaxed. Showed me the importance of a good warm up.

To be honest I can take 20 minutes sometimes on an easy run before I feel good. In fact on Wednesday the first 15 minutes of my run all I could think was “I hurt in so many places πŸ˜‚” but come the last 20 mins I felt great. Something always to remember and never judge a run until you are least 10-15 mins in. Well done though Sue.
