10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Maintaining your current 5k pace will get progressively more challenging as a session unfolds. So breaking it down in this nature should allow you to maintain that pace for the whole session.

Tuesday evening will be a seafront session if you fancy that?

Sorry at least I made the effort to do two more efforts on the way back. Not sure why my knees are hurting, I wonder if it’s the sudden change in heat 🤔

90% of injuries are caused by overuse. So it’s finding that right balance between what your body can handle right now and then looking to make small gains over a period of time. It might be the current schedule is just a little too much. As mentioned you’ve done 4 sessions in 2 days, comparable to myself who’s done 1 and I feel broken for that 🙄 No need to apologies either, you did the right thing and the fact you still got those 2 min reps done on the way back is excellent. Form looked great tonight. Well done Lou.
