Deliberately took it steady. I saw others pushing hard but I am not looking for quick gains. This was a solid building block. Stamina not speed. Enjoyed it too

Smart. I think you’re in tune with what you’re looking to achieve going forward and there’s no need to be eye balls out in this session. Keep it consistent, keep it steady and you’ll still make the gains, plus it’s always nice to finish strongly too.
