8 x 2 Mins Hill Reps

LOAD: 290

10 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

2 Mins Uphill (RPE: 8)
3 Mins Downhill @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)
x8

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Big session this! But ideal if you have a hilly race coming up. Focus on good form and don’t go off too hard in rep 1, let the hill make it tough. Good luck! You got this. Run tall & proud.

AM and PM with the gang if you’re free? Obviously quite a demanding session so if unavailable I can give you something a bit lighter or if you do run, don’t worry too much about pace and focus on good form. Good prep for Alan Corke though.

Was good to be back to the session. I didn’t go too mad and really tried not to fly back down and didn’t want to pull anything. Focused as much as I could on standing tall and not collapsing into the hill.

Sensible. I think it’s probably a good session for you, the up hills anyway in the sense you can get the RPE and heart rate up without having to run too fast. But equally it was sensible to take the downhill quieter. Thanks as well for listening. Note to self, get better at demanding the runners attention before speaking. Well done Alice.
