Hip and knee niggle, nothing major but they sometimes just tweak (if that makes any sense). Enjoyed the scenery and still hunting out new routes.

It makes a lot of sense, I constantly have niggles to be honest and it can be a grind at times. Really well done on the 90 minutes though and adds to the excitement if you’re out there exploring. I do sometimes find my own routes a bit monotonous. Great work Lou.
