I’ve set the target of beating last years time. You were running well then too so it won’t be easy, but it’s a good goal to have.
The time to work on form in this race is when you’re struggling up the hills, keep the head up, run tall and drive the elbows back.
For the rest of the run focus on staying as relaxed as you can and not worrying too much about technique as that could slow you down a little.
