I feel like you’re running really well right now, but given the difficulty of this route I don’t really want to set any targets.
Instead go out there and try and run a consistent effort level throughout the race.
Focus on good form and try to run with better economy than those around you.
You come into this well prepared to put in a decent performance. Really go for a fast final km as well as that’s all downhill
