1 Mile WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

3 Miles @ Marathon Pace (RPE: 5)
3 Miles @ Half Marathon Pace (RPE: 6)

1 Mile CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A good session to mix up paces. WU & CD very important to slowly build the pace.

If doing this on a hilly route, I wouldn’t worry too much about pace, instead focus on RPE and working at the right effort level for each of the 5kms. If this feels too much after the 5k Wednesday let me know.

Couldn’t work the watch to put in the pace. Hilly trail around the link road. Considering the heat. Pleased with my efforts. Lovely post run stretch with you tube Ash after.
