I think you’re better than this target time, but equally I ask myself what strategy would make this race the most enjoyable for my runners. There is a quite a big group of the team planning on joining the 2:20 pacer. So my suggestion would be to just tuck in with them until at least the top of Queensway, if not the Cone turnaround in Ore. That way you are not pushing hard on the hills, can ignore the watch for the first 3rd of the race, and conserving energy for a strong finish. If you do hold back until Ore you can then run the last 4 miles picking off runners and how fun would that be? You might even find you get closer to 2:15 that way.
