If the weather is good then this out and back loop provides an excellent opportunity to run a fast time. Let’s just hope that wind behaves itself.

No pressure. No targets. But that said I think you’re running really well. Your consistency has been excellent of late, combined with the extra S&C if you did want to push for a time, I think there’s a quick one in there.
