A challenging but rewarding session where you can experience what it feels like to run at different paces.

Can always switch this with the 200s. I’d be doing this session on the day where the wind is lighter, just to make it easier.

Major failure to be honest Simon. Couldn’t get anywhere near the pace and had to stop a few times to get my breath. Have to put it down to work stress more than the holiday break (we announced the sale of the business to staff today, putting nearly 60 people out of work. Not nice).

Really sorry to hear that. Must have been very tough. And no worries at all on the run, sometimes it happens, we can’t be on it all the time and progression runs are very difficult solo, going through the gears is never easy. Thank you for giving it your best shot.
