A challenging but rewarding session where you can experience what it feels like to run at different paces.

I’ve switched these around, was originally going to be next week but conditions and the fact there might be a 20 minute pacer available next week.

😆 i switched them back. I am in milton keynes next weekend so will do that there. Was going to try for sub 21 again pushing as close as i could to my pb but took the 1st km too slowly and so eased off. Also i dont feel ready for a 20 min yet, not at my dec pace, so have may probably june in my mind as a realistic time frame

😂 No worries. Yeah I agree re sub 20. I thought might just be nice to track us in the distance slightly. We’ll get it back though as we start to focus more on the shorter distances with your training over the next 6-8 weeks.
