Caught an earlier ferry back so thought why not get this done today! Was ok at first but realised once we turned and it the headwind just how tight my legs were and felt very tough. So I listened to the body and cut out the 5k mile as my ankles were starting to get sore. Definitely a 6/7. I was doing ok though. My breathing was fine and then turned and was like a completely different person! Glad I gave it a go though

Yeah really well done for getting out there. No worries on the last rep. Sometimes it’s sensible to listen to the body, especially after the week you’ve have. Nice to tick this one off early in the week and give you a bit more time to rest going forward. Great work Kelly.
