FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😬 Too fast

PACE

Did this prior to Parkrun as not done Parkrun for a while so wanted to do that . Started a bit early so 3rd mile was 1.6 miles so as not have too much of a stop. Generally struggled to go as slow as 11 min/mile when on my own, so the paces were mostly a bit quicker than given. Happy with the increases though and thought I did well to let so many people overtake me on last mile of Parkrun. Ended Parkrun with a time only 25 seconds slower than my best time this year and only about a minute slower than the handicap race so I think I would have been quicker than both of those, which is a good sign.

It’s a good session when combining parkrun and as you noticed, you can often post a really good time. Glad you enjoyed it though and are starting to see those improvements again. Great work Ben.
