A very popular session with the idea being you get progressively quicker as the reps go on. Always a favourite with my team!

This is always a good fun session with the gang if you are free Tuesday PM. I’ll also be doing something similar in the morning too (20 x 1 min) if that works better. If you push hard in these sessions then your 5k time will continue to come down.
