Always a favourite with the team! Keep that first rep at 5k pace and then start to ramp up that speed. Enjoy!

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Garmin shows 5.81k in 37:17, so I’ve messed the timing up somehow. Each tuesday seems to be tougher than the last. This was another great session. The company kept me going. Hope to be there next week, but might be tight on time.

These will never get easy. I guess coming off another busy weekend of running may have made this a little tougher, but really well done for smashing out another strong session. I’m a real believer in the shorter reps as it allows us to run at a quicker pace than we do at parkrun. That in turn should mean our 5k pace then improves a fraction. Great work Kevin.
