A very popular session with the idea being you get progressively quicker as the reps go on. Always a favourite with my team!

Fantastic pace overall. Shows how well you are running right now. There were times early in the reps I was expecting you to tuck alongside me, such were the clarity of your footsteps behind, so it helped keep pushing me.
