Was 3 Min between reps so ran the 1km pretty hard, however was a storm so quite tough conditions and also felt fairly tight and stiff in my form and knew i wasn’t running relaxed but good anaerobic work!

Nice splits. Impressive. I did see the pictures, look pretty grim there, especially the track service. Quality session though and once again a sign how well you are running right now. I’m excited.
