Still feeling rough so to get consistent pace of sub 6min for the duration was great. Went hard as I felt I could do and certainly was coughing and spluttering at the finish. 4th place behind some quality runners and beat a few I didn’t think I could. Hopefully next week I’ll be feeling healthy again.
