Did the session solo early. Didn’t feel that I went as fast on the first rep as I would if running with everyone else. But did manage to up the pace on following reps and only gave myself 60 seconds recovery on final 2 min reps. Overall happy with that. Stats are for this session.
Then did Walk2Run help in the evening. Combined groups 2 and 3 as no trained coach to take group 3, so easier tonight (did 8 x 4 mins, average pace about 11:00 mins/mile per Strava). I also correctly predicted that I wouldn’t be able to avoid finding out the result of the football.
