Was going to come to your session but didn’t in the end as was feeling very anti-social. So did your session at home. Was running angry with the world today so from the start was running quicker than 5k pace throughout and was actually within my 3k pace or quicker. As such felt very tough and had to dig in at the end to get the session done.

Absolutely joyful. Beautiful weather and lovely easy run. So good to feel strong. Thanks for heart rate stats on dashboard! Useful! My average HR on this run was 131- I kep it easy- but mt watch seemed to think I was mainly in zone 1… Not sure if I need to be running harder on easy runs or if it’s just right!
Session done! Was going to do a treadmill run but my child decided she was going to take a tumble and we had to go to a & e 🫣🥴 she’s ok luckily nothing broken just bruised
Stuck to the plan, great to be able to run it with no probs. Cheers for the invite to efforts but just wanted to make sure all was ok as it was my first run at 5k pace in a while. Looking forward to being able to come along on a Tuesday 😊🍊
Ew – another really difficult one. A load of burpees/squats/kettle bell swings/push ups and of course lunges – I think we did something like 280 lunges 🤢 i think my average heart rate might be slightly lower as I forgot to stop my watch for the cool down and part of the journey home 🤣
Thoroughly enjoyable Efforts session. It was a last minute decision due to another family disaster. Dom (grandchildren’s dad, who attempted suicide), was 8ft up a dodgy ladder which collapsed and he broke his hip. During the whole time I’ve been away, he’s been in Brighton hospital and just got out yesterday so I had no choice but to sort a few things out for him on my return today which meant missing your efforts. Anyway – legs felt great, breathing felt good and in general I felt fresh and comfortable. Achilles still a problem but manageable. Can’t make head nor tail of my stats because it includes my warm up, cool down and rests in between (or is it just me)? I’m unsure about Bewl because of Achilles and wondering if I’ll be up to the distance with all the breaks from running I’ve been having. What are your thoughts?
This was hard after the break but enjoyed it, but my ankle didn’t. Going to have to give it a rest on Wednesday and try to fit in 60 minutes later in the week if I can. Don’t want to ruin the long run I have in mind.
Ran the first 5k with someone at club having a pre round Norfolk relay team selection meeting meetings paid no attention to pace a heart rate just ran at easy pace then added a bit on to top up to full 50mins. Route had hills and weather hotter so for a run I paid very little attention to watch I am ok with the heart rate being where it was.
Exactly what I needed tonight! Thank you Coach – Was a great session. I kept to the paces you said, increased a little each time and definitely upped it for the final. I enjoyed pacing/pushing myself against Shana (I think that’s the right name). Got the 8 effort towards the end too.
20 mins stairs levels 5,6,7, 30 min elliptical intense session, including stride, jog, hike, backwards, no hands…… thank god as it kept me occupied as my pods were flat!
Forgot to say, skin lesion frozen, so 🤞that’s it.
I did yesterday’s legs & core today. I’m up to 2 reps of everything, but I don’t dictate Russian twists as they hurt my back. Everything else is ok tho!
