A very difficult route to pace correctly. I love it. It means more calculations needed in my head to work out if I’m on target for goal pace. It’s a nice mental distraction. If you don’t have a time in mind, that’s good. But focus on good form up and down the hills. So keep a tall posture with your head up. Drive those elbows back going up the hill. Quick feet. Do not brake going down hills. Let yourself go and use the hill to your advantage. just be a little wary if the ground is wet.
