Another strong week with 3 solid runs. The first real long run of the plan as we start to bank some decent miles, remember to keep that HR down. If warm, take plenty of water or pick a route with access to water. Hat and sunglasses can make a huge difference too. But this week in week consistency will continue to deliver strong results. If you have accurate heart rate data that is far and away the best guide for this run. Stay in Zone 2 if you can.
Big session this so start off at 10k pace and then look to hit 5k pace for the last 4 reps. Always focus on running tall and staying relaxed.
