A nice week ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŽ„ As for Sunday you can travel up with me, that’s fine, so you don’t need to worry about that, plus it’s a bonus race so need to worry too much about target times, just go out there and run strong and see what happens. Have a great Christmas Michelle and see you on Sunday.

A nice few days rest which I now realise I really did need. I think it done me so much good. A gentle but decent parkrun Saturday and finishing of Sunday with the 10 miler was just great for me. I think resting for a few days and a shake out Saturday really set me up well for Sundays race.
A brilliant way to end the year of races. I have pb over so many distances 1 km, 1 mile, 5km, 5 mile, 10km, 10 mile twice ๐Ÿ˜‚ and the half ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ what a great year !!

It’s been amazing! And you’ve deserved everything that has come your way. This is the reason I got into coaching because I know how satisfying the journey of improvement is, and to be able to help people like yourself have those same experiences means the World to me. Well done Michelle. Bring on 2026

What can I say ๐Ÿ˜Š yep went off to fast โ€ฆ.. I know ๐Ÿ™ˆ next year is going to all be about pacing for me ! Iโ€™ve got it but just donโ€™t apply it correctly. BUT this isnโ€™t about anything negative as I am made up with my PB and donโ€™t want to over shadow that. I felt strong, little blip at mile 5 but after that and the hill which I never walked, but may as well have ๐Ÿ˜‚ but Iโ€™m proud of how this race went. Gave it my all and tried really hard and it paid off. To come under 1:30: 40 which I knew was my pb was my aim and to come in at 1:27 isnโ€™t something I could have imagined. Lots of positives to take from this race and a wonderful way to end the year !!
I like this feedback. Because you’re celebrating your achievement, everything that you’ve done this year, but then also recognise there is still room for improvement. So I don’t see that as being negative. It’s a good thing. Another fantastic performance. And thank you because you’re such a brilliant person to work with. You’ve followed your plans to a tea and been rewarded for that. If only everyone in Team Orange had your attitude ๐Ÿ˜‚ Congratulations Michelle. You should be so proud of what you’ve achieved this year. As your coach I’m definitely really proud of the year you’ve had.
