Well 3 runs done so have to be thankful for that. And a longer one in parkrun. Fed up of being injured! Gotta be patient i guess!
Yeah it can be frustrating but always try and stay positive and the fact you can run several times. Once a week seems my limit and I’m about 10 weeks in now π₯ Well done on hitting the targets though
