I’ve put 120 mins in because I think if you can do that this weekend then you know you’ll be fine to get round HHM without any problems. But next week will be easier to rest up again of the big day. Any problems with the schedule this week let me know. Be sure to keep parkrun super easy ahead of the Sunday long run.

A good session to practice some HM pace, but also appreciate the variation between the speeds at different distances. Work hard, run tall, smile. You got this.
If you have an accurate heart rate, then use that as your main data to determine pace, if not RPE is the best option. Hills are always going to cause them to go too high, unless you are super fit. Finish off with some strides.
