Lots of rest days this week and the 150 mins is the last long run before London. I really hope everything feels ok as you’ve trained so hard to this point. Any issues with the schedule just let me know. Keep going Manami, so close now.

10pts | Home Legs

10 POINTS

A good home workout for the legs. No weights needed, but if you do have some that will add to the difficulty. Recoveries around 30-60s. If time is limited then combined two exercises together. So whilst recovering from squats for example you could be doing your calf raises. This could save you as much as 15 mins.

31pts | 50 Mins Tempo (M)

31 POINTS

Just an opportunity to get some more miles in at marathon pace and really dial those splits in.

24pts | 80 Mins Run

24 POINTS

80 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Try and keep it easy. It all depends on your current level. If slowly adding time to your long run the last 10-20 mins might be tough. Focus on good form.

45pts | 150 Mins Run

45 POINTS

All about time on feet. Don’t focus on pace. Instead keep that effort level down and concentrate on good running economy. Fuelling and hydration key too.
