Went out for a 10 min run , leg seemed good 🀞
Love this. Perhaps try 20 mins next time, as not to overdo it.

Got invited to an early morning 5k, really wasn’t feeling it but went lol.But after that I remembered that I do like running lol and leg felt good , so went home and drove to Heathfield 🀣
πŸ˜‚ So part of me is like “what the hell are you up to?” But equally it’s really nice that it shows your enthusiasm for running that you wanted to go and race after your early morning run, so whilst a little worried as to how badly this could have gone in terms of reinjuring the knee, I’m equally just happy for you to have found that enjoyment from running and to be ok now. My only advice would just be careful. But really well done on a great mornings work and you looked strong coming up the hill πŸ’ͺ🍊
