Obviously keen to keep it light so we don’t have to take another backward step. Only really you will know what you feel capable of as the week progresses. But if this week is a success then I think we can look to increase the time spent running and reintroduce some S&C too. ๐ค

The biggest mistake we can make with these recovery runs is running too fast. This will mean when our harder sessions come round we are still fatigued and not able to put enough effort in to make the necessary gains.
It’s important to keep the easy runs easy. Focus on good running form and low heart rate.
