Physio exercises completed Foot a little better. Trying not to give myself freezer burn with the icing! 🤣
Yeah I’ve been guilty of leaving the frozen peas on my leg for a bit too long in recent months 😂 Well done for doing what the physio says. You’d be amazed at how many pay for a physio session but then can’t be bothered to follow the exercises.
