20 mins physio exercises. Had a call with Podiatrist Martin where we discussed the exercises and going back to running. Its a no for this week. End of the month would be great to be back!
Good to get that feedback from the podiatrist and important to see everything as long term right now. If you can find the fix now it might never be an issue in the future. Well done for sticking with your exercies too Coach Simon ๐
