Great run this morning. Finally a run that felt good to run. Keeping it easy around 12 min mile pace. HR kept nice and low. Strava very pleased with the progress and Vo2max back to 41. Dont think ive lost as much fitness as i thought!
This is huge. I think you’ll be surprised once you get back into that routine of running regularly that the fitness will be good. You might have lost a bit of “speed endurance”, but that will soon return. Great work Lucy

10 mins physio exercises conpleted. Another great run today. Pace bang on the same the whole time keeping it easy. Hr low again. Feeling very good about running. Foot was ok and seems good after! Ive gone into productive on Garmin too!
