Great run tonight. Felt very comfortable. Think ill be fine to do the 30 mins. Just hope stupid foot behaves. Went for a 40 min walk after. And feels fine now so im not overly concerned. Loving that i can run 20 mins non stop without issue.

Great run tonight. Managed to run for 30 mins without stopping or walking. Im afraid it was a little quicker than my usual easy pace as Ben came along and he was running a little quicker! But foot felt ok throughout and is still ok now.
That’s fine, nice to be able to run with Ben, tell him I said he needs to slow down ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜‚ Really pleased the foot feels ok and some bonus pts for running quicker, so not all bad
