I hope you are having a fab time in Scotland? That is where you went right? Apologies if not. Don’t worry about pts or heart rates or zone, just have a fab time.

Zone 2: Easy

Slowly adding time to your longer runs is the way forward. Keep the effort level down and continue to check in with your form.

Good to be out for a run but my ankle is painful now – due to lots of driving and / or injury from mountain descent. Hope it will feel better by Tuesday
Ah balls. Sorry to hear about the ankle. If it continues to cause you issues then perhaps some cross training will be a better option. One of the other members on the team picked up a hamstring injury which I think was also the results of too much driving (6-7 hours a day for work). It can easily be done. Great work on the run though and thanks for putting in the stats. If you watch gives you a max heart rate reading I can add some HR stats to your training zones, something I’ve found very useful.
