A good looking week with the Xmas Eve long run and the race on Sunday. So lots to look forward to. Some good rest in there too and no efforts which is a nice change. Merry Christmas Lindsey, to you and the family 🎄

As mentioned on WhatsApp you did go quite a bit over this week. But I appreciate it was partly due to so many opportunities to run. But just be careful as it can lead to quite significant consequences if we do overtrain

Loved this! 1st half I stayed with Michael and Rachael then did some looping back and did 2nd half with Ashley. Wasn’t as easy as it should of been but really enjoyed it it helped running with someone quicker to give me that push I think I’ve needed! Would of taken some fuel if I knew I was going to be pushing it more 😆
Not often you get the opportunity to run with someone like Ash, so makes sense to take advantage of that. That was great pace for that 2nd half of the run. Excellent work Lindsey. Plenty of bonus points here.

Definitely different to last year as I did it with Alice and Sarah last year so found this time quite boring during the race! Found the hill bit tough so did walk a little of that but just pushed on for the rest. Felt good on last 3 miles. Thanks for coming to support
that is quite a contrast to last year, but a fantastic time nonetheless. Hopefully next year Alice and Sarah will both be back and running strong. It is a good race to finish the year though.
