We’ve got a rest week on the schedule. Happy if you wanted to run as and when but perhaps we could have a discussion Monday, see how the legs feel and get some runs scheduled in. Normally I’d leave the team to their own devices on a week off but after I got injured on my first week off plan I’d still like to touch base and get some stuff added if you are training. But if can be much lighter.

Decent week although I done some runs i think I need to keep the legs turning and clear the head at the same time. Need to discuss with you about races in January/February but looking forward to getting back on it.

Felt like a good recovery week. Well below the normal targets but enough in there to keep things ticking over. Yeah happy to chat about races. Perhaps a quick facetime call at some stage. Also ensuring we get the best use out of that gym membership too, so maybe a few tweaks to the S&C. But well done Steve.

Done a 45min easy run followed by a nice leg stretch.
Well done Steve. When I first saw you jogging up the hill I was worried you were going to join in with the session. I should know you are wiser than that. I’d say be a little bit careful. If running tonight, that will be 3 on the spin (albeit Monday was only a few miles) but off plan we can get carried away (as I found out to great cost).

Ummm yeah not really a rest day done 10min wu then 5 x 800 and 5 x 400 done a mile cd but forgot to start the watch until the 3rd lap as I was chatting to Will Carey. Will rest tomorrow as gonna go get my gym membership sorted. I did feel prtty strong on the track although im definitely not used to the short punchy reps, but didn’t go all in as didn’t want to upset the calfs to much.
Yeah actually quite a big session, so just be a bit careful for the rest of this week as you’ve banked some decent points already and we don’t want to do too much on a planned rest week.

Had the opportunity to run with a group so went for it, all be it with a foggy to head to start after last night but really enjoyed it felt good and HR was good to i know it should have e been a rest day but I think i needed that.
I worked out quite well. I know Conal had a really big marathon session for him, even more so because h’s been out for 4 weeks with a bad back. And it crossed my mind to offer him bike support and even see if you wanted to run with him, which in the end you kinda did, being part of the group. So thank you, as he smashed it. A nice group to run with and glad you enjoyed it. Still a relatively light week, which is good.
