A light week on the assumption you are racing Sunday? I’m pacing Lou to 2:05 at Paddock Wood. So if you are entered that might not be a bad target as a warm up run for HHM. Or Eastbourne is a good option too with some of the team running that (PW is sold out). If you’re not racing Sunday let me know and I will add a speed session into the plan as well. Only a few weeks to go now though so keep up the great work Jodie.

I had to create a new session for you guys. Have fun. 60 mins easy is perfect in terms of training load. Don’t forget those strides as well (if highlighted)

Stick to your goal pace early on and it should feel easy. Dig deep in those final 5km to achieve your goal. The biggest mistake you can make is getting swept along in the early stages and going off too fast.
