I’ve left the plan blank this week in terms of running as you are away and gives you freedom to run when you feel like it, rather than feel pressured from me to “have to” run. Then when you do head out I can tweak the schedule and add the pts. Hopefully where you are stating allows for some strength work and if missing weights look to increase the reps and use bodyweight. If you would like me to put some runs in there, just let me know as happy to do that too. Enjoy your time away Sarah
