I’ve put in the Xmas Eve long run and wasn’t sure if you were also planning on doing parkrun on the Big Day!!! If not we can switch that out for an S&C. Sunday should be a good day with the team. Keep the long runs at a low effort level. Obviously the longer the time wears on the harder the run will become. Make sure you hydrate and take fuel with you.

Just over a half marathon completed. Really enjoyed the run and surprised myself as I havnt run that sort of distance since the beginning of the year.
This is brilliant and highlights your endurance is still there. So many positives to take from this one. Awesome running Jodie.

The biggest mistake we can make with these recovery runs is running too fast. This will mean when our harder sessions come round we are still fatigued and not able to put enough effort in to make the necessary gains.

Really happy with the results from this race. Almost 5minutes faster than last year. Really enjoyed running with Klare and finished feeling good
