I didn’t manage any runs in Spain. Was too complicated in the end! But I made sure I made this one. Was tough going straight into two hours after a week of rest but also really great to run again and as always I keep up and keep going, even though I’m usually near the back 🤪🙄
No worries about Spain, the most important thing was you enjoyed your time off, and great that you were able to still get this run in. Well done Lou
