Great efforts session. Without fail I finish Tuesdays feeling so good and happy, regardless of how I felt at the start. It’s a great session. I like the coaching feedback and motivational comments as you cycle past. Ramp up of shorter ones is one of my favourites as they’re so achievable in short bursts.
Great stuff Lou. Yeah that is always a favourite session. They might get tougher sadly as we start moving towards the new year again. But one week at a time and enjoy each session for it’s merits. It’s a pleasure for me to coach you guys as it so positive and you’re all working hard. I love Tuesday evenings.

Always a great race and seems to create a different atmosphere to parkrun despite being on the same route. Feels more like a race and I’m always amazed at the impressive times that are produced in these Hastings Runners races.

Sub 30 park run which I’ve been wanting for a while now. I’m a bit hard on myself though and never happy with my times at the moment!!! But I was faster than recent months on that route…. so that’s good right. I did full ten minute warm up and strides first! Your support is always lovely and so welcome at a race, thank you! It’s much appreciated ๐ŸŠ ๐Ÿงก
It’s great fun for me watching the team work hard and achieve their goals. Congratulations on the sub 30, I know you’ve been working towards that for a while. I think the self doubt is something we can work on as it was apparent watching you pass on the 3 occasions. The 2nd time, at 3km it looked like it was creeping in, but then at the end you looked transformed and finished so well. So it’s there. Just take away that pressure, times really don’t matter. If you’re enjoying your running and working hard at the right times, that is what matters the most. Really well done Lou on a great run, I’m very pleased.
