I’m not 100% sure on your plans this week in terms of Xmas Day parkrun. Obviously being a Thursday it messes with the Bimble. Sunday is the EOY 10 Miler, I know a few of the bimblers will be there. Hoping you can make it too. Any problems let me know. Merry Christmas Lou, to you and the family. 🎄

Missed the EoY 10 miler today very reluctantly as have been unwell since Christmas Eve with a bad chest. But I’ll be back on Tuesday and start again 🤗 Happy Christmas to you and Jax xxx

A good session to start off with your 5k pace and then pick up the speed as we move into the shorter reps. See if you can finish with your fastest lap in that final rep!!

parkrun is the best!!! Every Saturday at 9am. A great opportunity to push our effort levels and run alongside other people. Make sure you get there nice and early for your WU & Strides. I normally aim for 8:15 to give myself plenty of time.
