S&C done as below plus 20 mins cross trainer Plank, Romanian deadlift, calf raises Russian twist, bent over row, arm curls Wall sit, goblet squat Farmers walk, Side plank Lunges, flutter kicks
Nice, some good exercises in there and setting yourself up well for the new plan. Should be up later today.

Just over 10 easy miles with Neil, Martin, Matthew and Andy, lovely casual run, great route, even the rain at the end was welcome.
Sounds fun. Great group to run with and good to keep things ticking over a little during the rest week.
