The current plan was meant to extend to this week as the last one (week 12), but given you have just completed your challenge and Josh has his surgery on Monday it felt right to bring this forward a week. Of course if you wanted to do some easy runs, just let me know, but keep it light this week so you are fresh to tackle the next plan.

S&C done as below plus 20 mins cross trainer Plank, Romanian deadlift, calf raises Russian twist, bent over row, arm curls Wall sit, goblet squat Farmers walk, Side plank Lunges, flutter kicks

Just over 10 easy miles with Neil, Martin, Matthew and Andy, lovely casual run, great route, even the rain at the end was welcome.
Sounds fun. Great group to run with and good to keep things ticking over a little during the rest week.
