Really hope the back is getting better. Take it day by day and do what you can. If you need to make any of the sessions lighter, to protect the back, then do that, especially Saturday.

Try and keep it easy. It all depends on your current level. If slowly adding time to your long run the last 10-20 mins might be tough. Focus on good form.
